A bit about Sophia's Fickle Resolutions.

I was born in Milwaukee, WI. I am the youngest of four girls. My father was a PGA teaching professional. When I was two he moved us small town kids to the busy city of Orlando, FL.

As serendipity would have it, I ended up at Indiana State University, playing golf for a coach that put personal development above performance. It changed my life.

I'm currently an aspiring collegiate coach focusing on mental health, self awareness, and the nitty gritty of complicated relationships.
